Our all policies including Refund policy are very specific and clear to the users. As pregnancy care is such an important health factor, thus by maintaining perfect policies, we ensure that no inconvenience is caused to our customers from our end.
- Orders cannot be refunded once they have been shipped.
- If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the consumer, we will not consider or process a refund. (To avoid any problems, make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order.)
- If you use the Express shipping method, you can only get a refund if you cancel your order within 2 hours.
- If the customer used the Overnight shipping method, they are not eligible for a refund because the order has been shipped within 30 minutes.
Note: As a medical e-pharmacy website, we do not accept product returns requests because we cannot verify the authenticity of the refunded medicine.
