- The customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the product does not get delivered on time or if the order is canceled before its confirmation. In case, if the order is canceled after the
confirmation, then only 50% of the amount is refunded.
- The refund request is not valid if the shipping address provided to us is void or incorrect.
- If the customer fulfills the requirements above, then they are requested to raise a re-shipping or refund via live chat or email and be responsible for providing the correct order number and valid purpose for the issue upraised.
NOTE: Your refund and cancellation issue will be taken into consideration only if the order is canceled before 2 hours of its disposition.
